David's Funeral service will be held at Universal Pentecostal Church, on Monday 21st November 2016 at 10:00am, followed by burial at Slough Cemetery at 13.45.

Viewing will be held at HAVEN Funeral Services, 292 Kingshill Avenue, Hayes, UB4 8BX on Sunday 20th November between 3pm - 4pm

Following the interment everyone is warmly invited to join the family for light refreshments at The Thistle Hotel, Bath Road, Longford, London UB7 0ET.
(Entrance to Thistle Hotel is via the car park. Please collect the car park ticket from the barrier and proceed to park. Free parking has been arranged for those attending the lunch. Further instructions will be given on site before you exit the car park.)
